Result Manifest. A structured, durable record of what a consequential operation actually did, including inputs, outputs, observed outcome, provenance, signatures or hashes, and enough context to audit or replay the result later.
In governed execution, the result manifest is the artifact that says what actually happened: validation result, execution outcome, logs, signatures, hashes, and enough context to replay or audit the operation. A result manifest differs from a reproducible deployment lock: the lock declares authoritative intent, while the result manifest records observed outcome.
