Dispatch Hint. Ephemeral acceleration state that helps work start sooner without owning the work itself. A queue entry, lock, lease, timer, or wake-up signal may point the system toward work that is due, but the durable answer to "what work exists?" lives in a durable work record in the truth plane.
Dispatch hints are safe only when they can be lost, expired, duplicated, or rebuilt without losing the underlying obligation. If flushing a queue loses the work, the queue is not a hint; it has quietly become truth.
