Sensitivity Label. Structured metadata that says who may see, ground on, export, retain, or act on a piece of evidence, prompt material, artifact, or operational record. A sensitivity label turns privacy, confidentiality, and clearance into enforceable system facts instead of prose warnings.
Sensitivity labels matter because evidence can be true and still not be available to every actor. They connect Law III and Law V: a system must know both whether material is admissible and whether the current principal is allowed to use it for this decision. That makes sensitivity part of evidence eligibility. They also inform retention policy: sensitive material may need shorter retention, stronger redaction, or stricter export rules than ordinary evidence.
