Role Pass. An inspectable review action performed from a named responsibility such as Chief Architect, Fact Checker, Voice Editor, or Publisher. A role pass produces review evidence for the quality gates it can honestly evaluate; it does not approve a release, promote a unit to stable, or erase a human-only decision.
