Governance Profile. A domain-specific specialization of a governance framework that inherits the framework's guarantees while filling in the concrete domain choices: identities, policies, evidence requirements, approval tiers, recovery behavior, compliance posture, and operational constraints. A governance profile is not a fork of the framework and not a one-off implementation; it is the governed place where reusable architectural decisions become deployable for a particular domain without re-deciding the framework's spine.
