Extraction Discipline. The practice of growing the canon by discovering durable ideas in real systems, drafts, reviews, talks, incidents, and proof points before naming them as canonical units. Extraction discipline asks what pattern, concept, claim, diagram, law pressure, or projection gap has been revealed, then promotes that knowledge into one governed home instead of inventing new headings to make the catalog look fuller.
