Delegated Action. Consequential work performed by an actor under authority it does not own: human, service, automation, AI agent, or external tool acting on behalf of a principal, policy, or platform grant. Delegated action is governed only when identity, authority, policy, evidence, approval, audit, observability, and recovery are explicit architectural facts.
