Accountable Principal. The human, service, organization, or other identity that ultimately owns responsibility for a governed action, even when another actor performs the work. An accountable principal is a truth-plane fact: delegation may let an agent, service, tool, or workflow act on the principal's behalf, but it does not transfer accountability, erase attribution, or allow authority to become ambient.
